Herculean ("Service") is a web application that allows users to submit queries to multiple artificial intelligence language models simultaneously and receive responses in a single interface. The Service aggregates results from ten leading LLM providers.
By accessing and using Herculean, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
The Service provides a free tier with a limit of 5 searches per calendar day. This limit is tracked locally on your device using browser storage. Premium tiers will be available in the future via waitlist.
You agree not to use the Service for:
You are solely responsible for any content you input into the Service. You represent that your queries do not infringe on intellectual property rights, violate privacy laws, or contain prohibited content. The responses generated by third-party AI models do not necessarily reflect the views of Herculean.
The Service aggregates responses from external LLM providers and presents them as-is. Herculean does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any response generated by these models. You use the Service at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Herculean disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Herculean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Service integrates with third-party AI providers including OpenAI, OpenRouter, Groq, Cerebras, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Herculean is not responsible for third-party service interruptions or data practices.
Herculean uses PostHog analytics to track feature usage, error rates, and performance metrics. Search queries are not logged by Herculean; PostHog collects anonymized event data only. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Herculean reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may impose new or revised limits on free tier usage at our discretion.
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
